TradersView delivers plain-language situational-awareness alerts about public, market-moving information. It is not financial advice. This policy explains what personal data we process and your rights over it.
We deliberately collect very little, and we do not sell data, run advertising SDKs, or track you across other apps or websites.

We do not collect contacts, location, advertising identifiers, or analytics on your in-app behaviour. The market events we analyse are public information; your personal data is not sent to the AI model used for analysis.
Solely to operate the service: authenticate you, generate your filtered feed and push notifications, and keep the service secure and reliable. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (providing the service you signed up for) and our legitimate interests in security and service operation.
We process your date of birth to verify you meet the minimum age of 18 (legitimate interest / legal compliance). If you opt in to marketing, we email you product updates on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Your account and preference data lives in the UK/EEA: the database is in London, UK (Supabase, AWS eu-west-2) and the application is hosted in Frankfurt, EU (Render).
Some sub-processors are in the USA — specifically email delivery (Resend), push delivery (Apple), error monitoring (Sentry), and AI analysis of public events (Anthropic). Where personal data (e.g. your email address for sending a password-reset, or your device token for a push) is transferred to them, that transfer relies on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and object to it. The app supports the main ones directly:

TradersView is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Sign-up requires a date of birth and blocks anyone under 18; we do not knowingly create accounts for, or collect data from, under-18s. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
