Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TradersView ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

TradersView surfaces public, market-moving information and provides plain-language, AI-generated summaries and time-sensitivity signals to help you stay aware of events. It is an information and situational-awareness tool.

2. Not financial advice — important

The Service does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. Summaries are AI-generated from public sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. We do not provide price targets, predicted returns, or confidence/impact scores. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a licensed financial adviser. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, be of legal age in your jurisdiction, and are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

TradersView offers a free tier and a paid plan, TradersView Pro. Paid plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store, and payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

Price and period. The price and billing period (for example, monthly or yearly) are shown in the app at the point of purchase and on the App Store before you confirm.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions (the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Free trial. If we offer a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that plan.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms and at Apple's discretion; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
Price changes. If we change the subscription price, Apple will notify you and, where required, seek your consent before the change takes effect; the new price applies only to renewals after that notice.
What Pro includes. Pro unlocks the full feature set (for example, all time-sensitivity alert levels, versus immediate-only on the free tier).

Apple's standard licensed-application end-user licence agreement (EULA) also applies to App Store purchases; this section is in addition to those terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits or security, and no reselling or redistributing the content without permission.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and alerts may be delayed or missed. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

7. Third-party sources

Content derives from third-party public sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of those sources, and their trademarks remain theirs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradersView is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (in-app). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel that in your Apple ID settings (see section 4).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
